Warranty
• Remanufactured equipment arrives with our standard
warranty of 1 year.
• Used equipment arrives with one of the following
warranties. (See your sales contract for exact details)
30, 60, 90 or 120 day.
• New equipment arrives with the Manufacture warranty
unless other wise stated on your sales agreement.
Returns
All equipment is eligible for a Manufacture support
contract. In the event that your equipment is under
warranty and is not covered under your manufacture maintenance
agreement please request a RMA number from our support
department at support@digitaloptions.com
or call your sales Executive for personal assistance.
• Please have your equipment’s serial number
with a full description of the service issue, as well
as what operating system you are running on hand before
contacting us to speed up your return process.
*A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all
orders returned 5 days ARO
